"Upscale and perfectly located amazingly clean hotel in Madrid centro near Puerta del Sol and walking distance to El Retiro Park, the main museums, restaurants, shops and Royal Palace. This is my 4th time staying at the Regina Hotel and I wouldn’t go anywhere else when visiting Madrid. Great professional and very friendly staff that aids you with any kind of planning, reservations. The rooms are beautifully appointed, all times we stayed in the penthouse rooms with hot tub and terrace. Excellent breakfast and perfect air conditioning. Highly recommended!!!"

"We got to check in early which was a bonus and when we had a water issue they immediately came to clean it up and ultimately helped us move our room. The staff was very nice and the room was great. Ac worked well. It was close to train station and metro stops-a little out of town but we wanted to be close to train station so definitely met that goal. We would stay again and recommend."
