Unfortunately, the odor also seemed to spread throughout the room. Parking was another inconvenience. Each time you leave and return, you have to notify the hotel so they can grant access again. This process is a bit cumbersome, especially if you plan to come back late at night or go in and out several times during your stay. "

"I loved this hotel SO much!!! We reserved it for 2 nights when we first arrived at Guadalajara. We extended 3 times and stayed for the whole week, because I didn't want to go anywhere else. The location is fantastic in a nice shopping center with nice restaurants and cafes. Loved our room and the staff was very friendly. The pool is beautiful too. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back the next time we're in Guadalajara. We travelled around the stayed for 2 weeks and I compared every hotel/room to the Mid Town Hilton :)"

"Nice hotel overall, after more then 40 years staying in hotels it’s the fist time I needed to buy capsules of coffee, it’s not the money it’s about the service you get, one more just because I left the room at 11am I didn’t get my room cleaned, "

"We arrived around 7am day of check in. Checked in no problem and stored my bags and visitied town. Came back to a clean room and an excelent stay. This is my go to hotel when I visit Guadalajara and will keep staying here"

"Nice hotel, brand new, great location. The cable TV freezes constantly, its impossible to follow the news, a sport event. The restaurant / room service close too early: at 23h, there was not service at all."
