"So my biggest complaint was that the St Agustin Inn Bed & Breakfast didn’t serve any breakfast. I booked the Casablanca Inn on my last stay and there was a delicious breakfast plus a free drink included. The Agustin Inn has nothing other than shared coffee making on the landing (not in the room). Downstairs is like a ghost town (especially at night as ther e are no staff after 5pm) while the stair carpets are dirty and tired and the towels are changed every day but are ‘gray’. It just needs some love and I can’t help feeling the current owners are using it a little as a cash cow and not reinvesting. I hope my review doesn’t harm their business but I have to say it as I see it!"

"My only complaint/issue was the water heater. Do not expect a warm shower at any moment during your stay. I passed up 2 cold showers because I’m too old, and tired to do that on vacation. But handsome black stray cat 🐈‍⬛ on premises."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Watered down juice. Watered down sausage gravy. Dry tasteless powdered eggs. Took a chance and booked a room. “Deluxe” king suite. Air conditioner wasn’t working until my husband fiddled with it. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and held together with duct tape! Half the furniture pictured in the photos wasn’t in the room! We left a day early. Really bad."

"We stayed at Carriage Way Inn for two nights in May. Everything was absolutely perfect. Lisa the manage and the rest of the staff were superb. Attentive, personable, warm, and sweet. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfy. Breakfasts were gourmet, with a different menu every day. Not to mention freshly made coffee and freshly baked cookies every day, and complimentary wine, soft drinks and water available all day. Even sherry at the bedside. Great location and free parking to boot. We definitely recommend Carriage Way Inn!"
