“Amazing location, close to railway station, town centre & beach.Friendly welcome & stay. Will book again”

“Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !”

“I stayed here for 5 nights whilst my wife was undergoing planned surgery at a nearby hospital. My wife stayed with me on the first and last night. The accommodation, hospitality and location were perfect for our needs. We booked a family room to give us a bit of extra space and were more than happy with the newly-refurbished rooms . “PERFECT stay for Liverpool fans! Can see Anfield from the doorstep and every inch of the place celebrates the Reds! Please note this is a guesthouse, NOT a hotel. It’s not an anonymous experience, but you’ll join in almost like family with the others who are staying. The friendliness and hospitality are wonderful, and the whole place is clean and crisp and comfy. We enjoyed walking to see murals and having such a convenient and festive spot on game day!”

“If you are travelr, you have to mind that its little bit far from liverpool lime street station(2 stations) But reception was so kind and the room was perfect You might not find much better place to sleep in this budget. Thanks for your hosplitality and I want to reuse this place again”

“The staff were great. Had a really good salad. Nice pub and restaurant area But, the room needed a good paint. Shower needs the mould cleaned off to and the worst part was the mattress Thankfully i got an extra duvet to use as a "topper" to try and get a few hours sleep in”

“Apartment room was good, needed a little more finesse & finishing but reasonable. There were some niggles such as rusty toilet roll holder, shower door that doesn't properly shut, no shelf in the shower room. The main issue however was the entrance & stairs which were very dirty. ”
