“Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was air-conditioned and the air conditioning was working well. The room was clean but that's expected. The staff came by to empty trash without being asked to. While there, they made up the bed and took the wet bath towels every day.. I didn't bring a bathing suit so I could not use the indoor pool with street clothes. I didn't see an outdoor pool but we were right on the beach of Cape Cod Bay. Breakfast was not included in the price of the motel....

“No consistent contact w staff on text and could not get them to answer. Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. Overall room was satisfiable but hard to recommend due to lack of communication from staff.”

“The hotel is located in a serine quite location with most terraces overlooking the ocean from a distant. All was great except for : 1. The window AC when on sounded like a jet engine getting ready to take off. 2. the grounds off the balconies are in poor shape with dying vegetation among some greenery.”

“This is nothing more than a ttilitarian motel and serves nothing more than that purpose. If you are expecting anything more, this is not the place to stay, as it was not for us. Pay more to build fabulous memories, not disappointments.”

“As a first-time visitor to Cape Cod, I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. The inn was exceptionally clean one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The rooms were a comfortable size, and the entire property was charming, cozy, and full of Cape Cod character. The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the experience even better. The only minor thing I noticed was that the bathrooms didn’t have exhaust fans, but that’s a very small detail compared to everything...
