“Upon arrival , staff greeted us with complimentary champagne and beverages . Lovely , luxurious and beautiful large hotel . Notified Denisse about the birthday celebration . She and staff went above and beyond to make this occasion SPECIAL. Room service brought gourmet dessert , balloons , and a card . The lovely beach area and pools were picturesque. Full gym and spa . Room was the perfect size , bathroom modern and shower pressure excellent . Room cleaned frequently during outings , robes...

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
