You truly cannot beat this location—it is right on the Chicago River, steps away from the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and the Theater District. The highlight of our trip was definitely the spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. Waking up to unobstructed views of the river and the city skyline was breathtaking. The guest rooms are extremely spacious, clean, and styled with sophisticated modern decor. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and eager to offer helpful local recommendations. Whether you are traveling for business, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation, this hotel provides the perfect home base for a classic Chicago experience. Excellent and accommodating services such as cabs hailed, close by amenities suggestions, nice bar, updated furnishings fresh and comfortable. Excellent pricing. Easy 30 minutes in a cab from and to O’Hare, a bit longer by rail. Uber is more expensive than excellent cab service!"

"My husband and I and my daughter in law stayed at the omni because my son was having surgery at northwestern hospital. Is surgery was at 7:30 am and lasted almost 8 hours check in was not until 4, but they really understood our situation they were able to get into our room at noon. So we can rest. Everyone from the greeders at the door the front desk was tremendously helpful in our situation. A room was clean, check-up process with so easy.I highly recommend staying at this hotel."
