โReally enjoyed our stay, good location near to everything - restaurants, shops ,cafe's, pubs and the lovely promenade.

โThe property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

โClean, quiet room, tea and coffee in the room, TV working. Online Check-in option was very handy. 24hr desk is also handy as we arrived after midnight and had no issues getting our key.

The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
The gym area looked neat and tidy, I didnโt use them as Iโd used a gym in the city prior to arrival. The restaurant area had a nice feel to it even...
โMy wife and I like the appearance of the property and the inside is very quaint.
The bedrooms are adequate size and clean with good comfortable beds we have stayed here many times and always slept well.
Can recommend this hotel.

โWe had a great stay overall. Parking was a bit tricky to find initially (go past the pub then turn left) but reception told me where to park. Comfortable room with all amenities provided to cook. Wasnโt absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so thatโs nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.โ
