“I checked in, went to my room and as soon as I walk in the bugs are walking around and there was such a strong smell of bleach in the whole room that I couldn’t breathe. I was with my son and we took our stuff went back in our car and to the office to let them know we couldn’t stay there due to the circumstances and to cancel our reservation and now I’m fighting to get my money back smh.”

“One side of the room didn't have power I have to buy a extra cord to watch TV and the lady at the front desk say it wasn't anything she could do about it we ask for refund she said no the door was hard to open i will even come there any more”

“This place should not even be on a booking site it was discusting with bugs, smelled like death, had burn holes all over the blankets and beds were filthy, holes in walls bathroom looked worse than a porta potty! ”
