"No room service whatsoever. We had to take TP and towels in the corridor by ourself. Then when used towels piled up in the room, we asked for a bag to throw them inside to help the check out cleane up for the person thats gonna clean. Sheets of my friend had a large brown stain on it, and had problems with the door entrance. Room is pretty but no service on site and no cleaning the room during 4 day stay.."

"It all started with the gentleman that was at the reception when we got there. Very friendly, polite and helpful. He put up with my broken italian graciously, and also prepared is the best cappuccinos in the morning. The location is perfect if you don't want the constant bustle of central Rome (believe me: you probably don't). The area is residential, quiet, has several local restaurants for memorable meals, and is 15 minutes from the Colosseum (including walking to the subway and the quick 3 stops ride). An excellent choice for Rome!"

"This is the second time I come back. Upon arrival, the receptionist made me wait because he was doing something else. No information about the hotel, even this time, such as breakfast time. On the day of departure, I woke up at 6:00, and there was no electricity in the room. Showering in the dark because I tried to call reception with "0" but no answer! At check out, I informed the reception, but she was not even sure what number to call reception."

"This is a modern hotel and is themed around Italian cinema due to its location. The rooms are a decent size and beds are comfortable. The location is good for metro, it’s about a 5/10 minute walk to a station and then 20 mins into Rome centre. The area around the hotel looks run down but the hotel is good. Breakfast is the usual continental with some hot eggs and bacon. Rooms on the back have balconies and a better view this does mean some residents go out on them to smoke and talk late at night. All in all a decent hotel and the staff are very good."
