"I'm not sure why this place has so few reviews. This place is great. There's a laundromat on the other side of the block, and if you're okay with hang drying the washer in the unit works great. Very quiet neighborhood and the unit was really comfortable. Wifi was so-so, usable, but won't blow you away. "房價很便宜但地點不在市中心，唔算方便，附近比較清靜，我們住四人房，空間很大，中間有客廳有飯廳有小型廚房，兩邊是睡房，但沒有房門，屬於開放式，如果四個都係成年人就唔係太方便，而且只有一個浴室和一個廁所，輪候時間長，而且佢個設計有啲奇怪，沖涼地方有一個大窗，但係係冇玻璃窗嘅，有窗簾可以拉落嚟，即係話夏天冇冷氣會好熱，冬天就會好凍，而且會有蚊蟲飛入，我就係喺浴室見到一條四腳蛇。 最後，這是一間無人酒店（其實我感覺佢似Airbnb多啲），check-in check out全部要靠自己，要用front desk 嘅Tab，但我check-in嘅時候要試好幾次先至搵到我嘅預訂，但check out嘅時候無論我試幾多次都搵唔到，而佢send俾我嘅check out email 嗰條link撳入去係完全搵唔到check out嗰個字眼，所以我哋嘥咗半個鐘頭嘅時間搞唔掂，所以就要message住宿方面，好彩佢反應好快，叫我走得啦，佢會幫我搞check out，早知係咁就唔使喺度嘥時間"

"We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy."

"Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay"
