“We had a wonderful stay at Livramento Residence. The place is very comfortable and allowed us to enjoy our trip in the best way possible. The 24/7 video surveillance is quite strict — one evening we were reminded of the rules because my boyfriend was in the common areas without a shirt. “Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean.”

“Simple, but nice, clean, modern style. Well located for a lower cost visit to Furnas. Has a common kitchenette that with fridge, coffe maker, utensils and such, and a cute little market steps away, along with the delicious water of the tres bicas fountain, provide low cost food options. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. ”

“The room was excellent and spacious, loved it. However there was no AC, but at least we had a fan. I can live with that. The whole property is very nice and the lady who takes care of the property was very helpful. However, the location is not convenient. It is about 15 min. or more to downtown to get any groceries or to a nearest restaurant. I didn't see any bus stop on the way. ”
