"Clean Room/ Friendly Staff/ Food is beyond words. I am a Canadian and Vegetarian ( little bit tough to satisfy my eating habits) but the kitchen at Kayakapi is outstanding. "Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC."

"I liked the view or the hot air balloon in the morning. There are several things that I disappointed me: 1. Location: small town far away from the touristic area. You must have a car to move around. 2. The hotel was very basic. There wasn’t any amenities or services. 3. The room had an awful smell. It smelt like sewage and it was so strong we had to sleep with the door open to let in some fresh air. 4. The towels were old and had holes. 5. The breakfast was very basic and the lady serving was incredibly rude to me and my family. Overall would not recommend for foreigners as the staff doesn’t know english and refuses to help to make our experience satisfying. "
