“전반적인 서비스는 매우 좋았지만, 벌룬뷰포인트에 가려고 예약한 택시가 1시간 늦게왔어요 . 결론부터말하면 벌룬이 늦게 떠서 아무문제없이 벌룬을 보고 사진을 찍었지만 기다리는 한시간동안 정말 너무 속상했습니다. 5시30분에 택시가 도착할 수 있게 완벽하게 준비해둔다고 했었는데 다른 투숙객들은 다 시간맞춰서 가는데 저희만 계속 리셉션에 앉아있었습니다. 특히 화가났던건 새벽에 근무하시던 분이 계속 말을 바꾸더라구요. 제가 계속 무슨일이냐고 하니까 오늘 날씨가 안좋아서 벌룬이 뜨지않으니 방으로 들어가라. 했는데 벌룬은 떳고 그냥 택시가 늦은거였어요 . 거짓말을 한거죠. 또 저희방이 핸드폰이 아예안터지길래 (와이파이가 안되는게 아니라 서비스지역이아니였습니다.) 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 이곳은 동굴호텔이기 때문에 전부 안된다. 라고했는데 저희가 그래도 바꿔달라고해서 원래방보다 좀더 작은 방으로 이동했습니다. 그랬더니 데이터 너무잘터졌네요 진작 바꿀걸 하루하고 반나절동안불편했습니다. 아...

“It was a beautiful cave hotel but inconvenient a little bit. I couldn’t use the bath tube because of smell of water and dirts. The hotel was well decorated but not reasonable for paying the high cost for staying. ”

“Staffs are friendly and approachable. They helped us book an airport transfer last minute at a better deal than local taxis. Their breakfast is fantastic - many kinds of cheese, fruit, various dipping sauces, tea, coffee, fries, bread, just like a sultan’s breakfast!
