โLove this hotel right next to Ross Island lake. Itโs quite peaceful and just a short walk to the Old Spaghetti Factory. The staff is quite accommodating. We always choose this hotel when driving through Portland. Itโs my favorite in Portland. โ
โThere were a lot of people in the hotel so kind of busy, and also hallway was little bit smelly Due to thrown away trash in the trashcan next to the elevator. However, the hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.โ
โMy husband and son arrived much later than expected; they arrived around 3:45am and were able to check in quickly and get straight to bed. They both said the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. The view was also fantastic and interesting.โ
โMy arrival was very late yet staff was very cheerful. Each time I went down to the lobby/bar/chill area, everyone was super nice. The room was very chic and clean. I loved the decor of the room and the entire hotel. It is a reasonably priced hotel for the location and vibe. The food carts are a nice added touch. There is no breakfast, but you are walking distance from places and they make up for it by providing the fun bar and the food carts. I will definitely be staying at a Moxy hotel again!โ

"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasnโt a bad experience, but Iโll likely try other hotels next time."
