The price is great and basically I like it. The first room we got was infested with a horrible mold smell. They never should have let us use that room. We checked in late at night so we had to stay there that night. Next day a maid came and did the best she could but the smell was there. We had to move all out unpacked stuff and was offered np help to do such. took a half hour to do. Moving to another floor. The room has four windows with no covering and the light is so bright. Like waking up in Wall mart. We took the couch pillows and put them on these for small windows and that saved the day. Isolated location but a ten minute walk to the supermarket. OK for that. In general could be really good. Nice looking place.

Needed to pay 3000 yen per person to go to the pool that was listed as a property amenity. Only those who are on a higher floor have access included with their room. Since we weren't on a top floor room - just the 23rd floor, we were told we would need to pay extra to access it. Really, the pool should not be listed as a property amenity if it's not available for guests unless we pay extra. View was really nice. Staff were really nice. We specifically chose to make a reservation at this hotel because it had a pool.

air con is good, laundry machine is super too room is clean, staff is great.

The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place.

Overall a decent stay. Great location to Kokura Station, only a 3-5 min walk to get there. Unfortunately, no complimentary breakfast but there are many food options nearby. Rooms were standard business hotel rooms, nothing to rave about. My best experience here was my interaction with customer service. They were professional and friendly and went beyond my expectations.
