“Very disappointing...”

“Seemed to be abandoned wonderful place to have a wedding. It was a quiet stay.”

“It serves its purpose. One thing that was odd was that we were put in a room in a separate building—nobody else was staying in it. Great! Peace and quiet-we had to wake up at 3AM to catch our flight so that was perfect. Except that one other guest was there when we came back from diner…and they put him in the room right next to ours! I don’t know how many rooms were in the building--16?…20?—so why put us side by side so we can hear each other talking through the walls? He got in an argument...

“Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer”

“Beautiful new hotel with great food”

“The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived...

“Sheets may have been clean but sure didn’t look like it. Toilet looked like it had been plucked out of a garbage dump although it was useable. Hallway carpet was filthy. No drinking cups, no coffee pot, hair dryer had been removed from bathroom wall. Breakfast was VERY marginal. Not the typical Super 8 standards I am used to.”
