"We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator in the 36 floor so we decided to go down the stairs , same with the elevators in the parking area. It was a big line to get on the elevator so we decided to walk up the ramps to the car."

"No microwave in the room. When I checked in I was a prisoner to my room for the first 4 hours. The air conditioner did not work in the room. I gave it an hour, called the front desk, waited for someone to come, then they had to go get a screwdriver, and then waited again for them to come back and then they said they couldn't fix it. Then I waited for them to find me another room and I had to go down to the front desk stand online again to get a new key go to the new room and find out the refrigerator didn't work and then I had to wait for them to bring another refrigerator."
