“We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 💛🇮🇹”

“The interior of the hotel was not bad, but I couldn't find the hotel entrance. I can't understand it. There is no sign indicating the hotel entrance anywhere. If you barely open the door and go up, you will meet a 100-year-old elevator. The hotel itself has been newly remodeled. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't find the entrance, and I regret that they didn't mention the parking lot.”
