"Be aware, this hotel has become the shadow of itself. Go to the market and find 7/11 sugary candies and ice cream, very poor taste and quality bathing suits and accessories. Nothing like it used to be. We had two rooms and had asked to be sided. we ended up being far away from each other. Our room was next to a group of Russian speaking people who regrouped at the head quarter bedroom next to us. It was a zoo!. They brought tables and chairs and skewers and BBQ, smoked cigarettes, talked loud, played games. They were at least 20 folks. No one from the resort did anything to it. We literally could not go outside of out room, nor have our door open! many other rooms got affected by this group. They just squatted the place. We had come to rest and assumed it would be quiet and pleasant...The pickleball courts are poorly marked and located in a construction zone. The Coffee shop Tidal serves $7 latte from a machine you find in fast food place. Just blunt cheap and poor quality all around. Last, the gardens who used to be magnificents are all contaminated by blowers and certainly folks who never were taught how to care for plants. Oh, and if you ask the front desk who to speak to for complaint, there is no such thing. This place may have a nice location, but their years of glory are far far behind.
