"We stayed for the PIFA event across the street, so it was very convenient. Check in went smooth and Roberto was very helpful in getting our room very close by other family members. One of the staff members gave us a ride to the event, which was a blessing since we walked with our uncle who was elderly and barely could walk. I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind, patient, and a sweetheart. The only negative is, I wished there was a microwave in our room, which made it difficult to warm up food. Lucky our other family members stayed in a suite so we used there's. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay."
Bay Club Hotel & Marina

"Loved our 2 night stay at The Bayclub. We had a marina view from our balcony and watched a sunset one of the nights. We also enjoyed the view from the restaurant for breakfast one day and lunch by the pool another. The place is within walking distance to several restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing!! We'd go back for sure!"

"Not enough staffs at check in counter. Lots of flights crews stay at this hotel, when they arrive, they have priority to check in, check in counter staffs will jump out to serve them first. Lack of communication between check in staffs and luggage storage staffs. The hotel is old and outdated but well maintained. Great location by the bayside, easy access to maritime museum and USS Carrier, easy to get around down town, little Italy and etc. Stayed in bay view room with balcony, enjoyed the nice view. Spacious and comfortable room. Because of the drawbacks mentioned, only 4 stars were given."
