Southwest Colorado, Colorado hotel rooms at the Best Western

Beautiful Inn, near slopes and restaurants. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier. We will be returning here next year. Love it here. Thank you Matt and staff were the best.

We LOVED our stay at Hot Springs Inn! We were warmly received at the reception desk and the ladies there were very happy to help us locate a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The room was lovely, and the beds and pillows were SO comfortable!! We loved the sound of the river right outside our room off our balcony. We walked to town both nights we were there. Great restaurants and coffee shops! The town is so picturesque...like right out of a Hallmark movie! You must visit Ouray and Hot Springs Inn...

The Drift is a wonderful place to stay! We appreciate that it is close to everything, in the heart of Pagosa. We enjoyed the amenities of the common area, the bikes to take leisurely rides and sitting by the fire pit at night listening to the sounds of nature and the river. Awesome place to enjoy nature, to relax and unwind. Highly recommend!

Really love the property and the woman who ran it was so so wonderful. She gave me great tips and advice on things to do and was just very personally attentive to me as a lodging person —totally love my stay there. Will stay again.

I can’t say enough about how enjoyable my stay was. I stayed for two nights. Everything went great, from the check-in, to the communication from the staff, to the jeep rental, to the location. It was just a pleasure. I stayed in one of the hotel rooms (as opposed to the cabins). It was really clean and had all the amenities I needed in that price range. This nicely renovated hotel on the main street in Ouray was the perfect place to stay. Nice views of the mountains, great location, and although the front desk is open limited hours--the people working there are very welcoming and very helpful. I will come back!

We came in late at night and were climbing Mt Sneffels at 5am the next morning. Our host Kim loaded up our mini fridge that night with yogurt, muffins, pastries, and eggs because she knew we wouldn't be there for the free breakfast. She really does care about service and goes well beyond what I've come to expect from your average hotel staff. Nice room, nice breakfast

Very clean and very comfortable!!! Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff member that checked me in was very welcoming and friendly. We were just passing through for a night so we didn’t get to take advantage of everything they offer but we will definitely be back. The room was very clean (not a speck of dust!) and the beds, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable.

Hotels location was a quick drive to downtown Durango. We took advantage of the laundry, pool and breakfast facilities. All we're excellent. Room was spacious had plenty of room for our family of five. Clean, tidy and great service

What a lovely experience. We booked when we were only about 3 hours away, and were able to immediately contact the host for access info. Beautiful, comfortable place with a very friendly host. We will definitely return.

Wonderful place to stay right beside the gondolas taking anyone to Mtn Village

My entire family loved this hotel. The hotel is two hotels, the Rochester on on side of the street and the Leland House on the other. We had two rooms in the Rochester located near the breakfast room. The rooms in the Rochester are all furnished and decorated in the theme of a Western filmed in the area. Check out time was 11am. We went to breakfast, when we came back at 9:30am they were already cleaning are room. I wish they would have waited until we checked out.
