“Clean Room”

“The room was very clean, staff very nice and there were no funky smells in the hotel or rooms. (Very clean smell). The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long and no breakfast was available, but if a person is staying longer than a day or two it is nice that they have a full size refrigerator and area to cook and a microwave.”

The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. “A very nice little place to say breakfast was really good too combination of hot and cold choices. Everybody was very friendly and helpful that worked there.”

“Rooms are clean but the beds are stiff and high off the ground. Im 6ft and sitting on the bed my legs dont touch the ground. The elevator sounds like its going to fall apart and the parking lot is terrible. The staff is good but until the renovations are done and the elevator is fixed id recommend anywhere else.”

“This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th ”

“We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies.”

“First room had white stuff on the head board asked for another room when got to the other room found bed bugs on the bed, smells like mold. Ask for money back lady told us no and said our first room was cleaned up now. No bugs in this room pillows was crappy. Breakfast was gross. And I would not swim in that pool. This has been the worst place I stayed in.”
