“Needs a shower that has shower doors and needs better lighting in the restroom. Breakfast hours aren't convenient especially when people on vacation. ”

“The only thing i was not happy about was, I told the person checking us in the night before that i wanted to pay in cash the next day when we checked out, But when we checked out they had all ready charged my credit card, and the man at the desk didn't want to even try to refund us. “This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me.
