“Fantastic place to stay in Mumbles, near the beach walk and lots of pubs and restaurants. The internet was very good, and they provide a nice continental breakfast selection within the room. Be aware that there is no parking at the Boathouse, and parking on the street is a possibility, but you'll probably end up using one of the pay and go lots along Mumbles Road.”

“Very lovely main lounge area with woodburing stove - great breakfasts with especially great staff too for breakfast and dinner service and Bar on the evening the restaurant was closed. Would very much like to come and stay again - Other guests had walked down to the 3 cliffs bay and we did not have enough time for this - easy drive to university where we were seeing our daughter . ”

“This is the best we stayed in while visiting Wales. The property is right on the waterfront and has the best view of Swansea. The hotel is very clean and modern and is surrounded with lots of restaurants, shops and pubs. Also, the food at this hotel was fabulous. Everything was cooked perfectly and especially their cockles. You absolutely have to try them. They are the best! The staff was very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. I forgot my European charger and they were gracious enough...
