“They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. “I very much enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas and highly recommend it. A nice, comfortable room and the hotel is really well located within the Historic District. It is family owned and the best thing is the family itself which went out of their way to make me feel at home. Luis was extremely helpful with travel, directions and recommendations. And Lucia and Michelle provide a great breakfast. Lucia knows Ecuadorian fruits well and shared her deep knowledge.”

“We would stay here again. The location was great with a park across the street and nearby grocery stores. No restaurants were open nearby, despite it being Saturday night. The room was generally quiet and the sheets were super soft. The room was big and had good options to lay out our suitcases.
