“It’s very easy to access from Namba Station, and the complimentary Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was amazing! Even though it's a business hotel, the rooms are quite spacious, making it easy to move around and open two luggage bags comfortably when traveling with a friend. I was also very grateful that they assigned us a high floor as requested in advance. The showerhead turned out to be a really high-end one, too—I loved everything about my stay!”

“Room smelled like smoke and had visible mold. Toilet had a damp chlorine smell and the provided air freshener was dusty and did not relieve the smell problem.”
