I booked this hotel based on reviews only. I went to Yelp and Expedia for reviews before I booked it. The room they gave me is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable and clean. The bathroom, although the shampoo was not coming out of the bottle, when I messaged them if they could check it, they did within 30 minutes, also clean. We had a fantastic stay at this property. The room was clean and comfortable. Communication with the front desk was great, we received multiple emails prior to our arrival with check in, property, and parking information. The property is located just a short walk from Cuba St. so there were tons of shopping and dining options located within walking distance.
