“Room was lovely very spacious and cleaned daily with amenities stocked up. Water temperature and pressure was lovely. Hotel location was ideal with 24 hour reception staff. Hotel was secure and had no problems with noise at all. Only downside was breakfast - continental breakfast was not up to par and not enough options for those who cannot eat full English e.g. bacon,sausages,eggs”

“Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised.
