"After looking at different bedroom photos i have booked a double bed room. The photos i saw was nice but what the room given was a mini capsule which did not have enough room to open my luggage. You spread your hands you will touch both walls. Receptionist asked more money to change. I didnt have energy to fight with them or to take it up with expedia as i checked in 10 pm"

"In general, it was fine.
However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken.
The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either.
If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit.
Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast.
Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"Our group of 9 people booked a 4 bedroom apartment outside of our preferred location so that we can stay together. When we arrived, they said it wasn’t available and placed us in two separate units.
They advertised "designer toiletries" and didn’t even provide us with HAND SOAP. They were two extremely barebone apartments, not the type of place you book for a two night stay. They told me to buy soap at the convenience store down the street when I asked for some.
