โVery chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want. Plenty of cereal, yoghurts, fruit, cold cuts and cheese, and plenty of pastries and different types of bread. The rooms were cozy, with nice...
โStayed 5 nights. Good location 3min walk from the central bus terminal and 5-10min from the downtown. Room was clean, quiet, independent and well equipped. Staffs were kind and helpful. โ
โStaying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!โ

"I had a construction site view, and the construction work went on until 8pm.
I was glad I could leave. When this kind of inconvenience is going on, I think facilities need to inform guests before they come. And when I tried to complain, the Hotel was not ready to listen and the front kept yelled at me โ the workers speak Italian and we cannot do anything!โ So I decided to leave as soon as possible. It was a painful experience."
