This property was paradise, I loved the entire hotel. It was secluded and felt like heaven. All the staff was helpful and accommodating and cleaning ladies did an excellent job! Highly recommend this property to everyone.

Our stay was an amazing experience. From the staff, the decorations, ambiance, everything was excellent!! Julio Avila one of the concierge was extremely helpful, he went about and beyond to made our vacation an epic memories. He help us to book the beach clubs, restaurants and and the personal in gral was always available for any request we had. The housekeeper did our room services with lot of care and love, Juan Pablo from the restaurant also was lovely to us. Very recommended stay!! 😍

Staying at Roc Luxe Tulum was one of the best decisions for our trip. It was effortless to communicate with the staff through WhatsApp chat and they made amazing recommendations for food and outings. They helped us to find activities that were even better than the ones we had planned in the first place. We walked along the beach and thought Roc Luxe Tulum was easily the best spot out of all the hotels. The floating beds on the beach were amazing and it was the PERFECT location. It was within walking distance of most night life and food options and far enough from the beach clubs, so it wasn’t loud. 10/10 would recommend.

My stay with amazing. I was looking for a long time on which property to stay at in tulum beach and chose this one. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Mau and Julio were very accommodating and made the entire experience wonderful. The property is beautiful and in a great location to walk to things. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you to the from desk on such a wonderful stay. The massages on the beach are great too!

Nothing but good reviews for this property and the staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The room could definitely have an ironing board, but other than that, the rooms and property were great and convenient to get to.

The property is beautiful and located right on the beach (if you are staying on the luxe side). Rooms are a good size and had AC units. The beach club has stunning views and relaxing beds. The staff was super friendly but Julio went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The concierge is through Whatsapp and their response time was less than 2 minutes every time. The only thing was their shower products were not great so I would bring my own next time. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back.

Is fairly idyllic within and the rooms are fine but the staff are useless and never do what they say they will or bring what you need in the room. Beach is nice but the prices for drinks and food are ridiculous. Really quite basic and not 4 star in any way

Beautiful property. A little noisy

Beautiful palapa huts on the beach. Lovely breakfast included with the stay. We did move rooms as the garden side was very noisy from nearby rubbish disposal and construction work.

The staff was attentive, friendly and we enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and is located in a central area in Tulum close to other hotels and a few minutes walk from convenience store. Would recommend and would visit again!

The staff here is amazing. The service was great. The property is very pretty and the location is ideal, it's on the strip but a little removed from the high traffic area. A few things that were subpar... the water pressure in the shower was low and the water was never really warm. The wifi in the rooms (garden side) was not so great. The AC in the room was cool but not cold. Also, lots and lots of mosquitoes.

MY WIFE AND I JUST GOT BACK FROM THE ROC IN TULUM AND WE MISS IT ALREADY! :( I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL FROM THE STAFF STARTING WITH OUR FAVORITE AND THE BEST NACHO TO, MARCOS, MICHAEL, MARCELITO AND ALL THE OTHERS. THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND TRULY MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME. THIS PLACE IS SO CHILL, CLEAN AND A PIECE OF HEAVEN. YOU TRULY FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A DIFFERENT WORLD. THE FIRST NIGHT THE HOT WATER IN OUR ROOM WASNT WORKING AND NACHO WAS SUPER ACCOMMODATING HE UPGRADED US TO A BIGGER VILA FOR NO EXTRA CHARGE. ALSO IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY SURPRISE AND NACHO AND THE STAFF DECORATED OUR ROOM WITH BALLONS, FLOWERS, CHAMPAGNE AND A BEAUTIFUL CAKE TOWER. I REALLY FELT SO RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE HERE. THE DECOR AND PLACE IS AMAZING RIGHT ON THE BEACH BUT THE STAFF OH MAN THEY WERE ONE OF A KIND! VERY ATTENTIVE EVEN AT THE BAR THE GUYS WERE GREAT. THANK YOU ROC YOUR STAFF DESERVES THE WORLD THEY ARE TRULY HARD WORKERS. BEST STAY OF MY LIFE, WE STAYED IN SANTORINI LAST YEAR BUT THE ROC TOPS IT ALL. CANT WAIT TO COME BACK. Robbers Hotel

The hotel is nice, but service is terrible, an attitude of the employees is totally unacceptable. We asked to reserve us rental car, and guys at reception openly demanded 50$ for this service! Trying to cheat and somehow make money. It was a feeling that it’s a place where they will make additional money from you any way possible.
