"Simply the best location, place and people to stay around Asakusa. Extremely quiet, spacious room, comfortable beds and the friendliest people one could ask for. I’ll be back soon."

"The first thing you should know is that this is not a hotel. It's an apartment with two flats, one on the second floor and one on the third floor, above a storefront about half way between the Ueno and Asakusa stations. That said, it's not bad as a rental apartment, and was a good fill-in for us when our Air BnB booking was cancelled on short notice. All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...

"Our host Yoshi and the staff at Toe Library were incredibly welcoming, offering us tips around the neighborhood and, when we left, a bag of delicious Japanese cookies. The room itself was cozy, well-appointed, and full of personality—and we especially appreciated that because we happened to be there during a typhoon and spent a lot of time lounging there as we waited for the worst of the storm to pass. This is a completely unique stay and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo."

"Our stay here was excellent ! The owners are very helpful and even give you directions on the nearest train stations and tourist attractions! The room itself is spacious and well kept. I liked that I had a view of the Tokyo sky tree! I would definitely stay here again"

"I love this hidden gem, the Yanaka neighborhood is charming and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Tokyo. Very conveniently located to Nippori station for airport transport and quick subway rides to the rest of Tokyo's sights. This neighborhood has some great restaurants and bars as well. The hotel itself is incredibly charming and hip with helpful staff. "

"The hotel was great. We thought it was a good location to escape from the really busy areas of Tokyo. The train station is just minutes away. Pay for the breakfast when you are booking it’s going to be the best deal. The breakfast is a buffet but it has plenty of options and several made to order options. The A/C is definitely not what we are used to in the US, but it’s not too bad."

10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo for two nights at the end of our trip and had a very nice experience. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is a little removed from the main shopping and busy areas of Tokyo, so there isn’t much to do or shop for right outside the hotel. However, the metro is conveniently located nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing way to end our trip, and I would definitely recommend it."
"Booking system was down upon arrival. Had to wait a few hours to check-in. Rest of stay was good. Room was clean. Glad the pillows had changed to more standard pillow sizes since my first stay in 2017."
"There were a few minor problems during our stay. The staff addressed them quickly and professionally when we brought them to their attention.
One of the beds in our room caused me severe neck pain. It wasn't until the third day that my wife and I switched beds to test that it was the bed. We believe the bed was not level and we had to fight it all night. When she slept in it, we propped one leg up so it was more level. The staff gave us complementary late check out - it was the last day of our stay. Having a comfortable bed is a basic requirement of a hotel, even though this may have been hard to diagnose.
The trash bin in the laundry room was overflowing. When we called this in, they took care of it immediately and swept up the floor. It seems guests didn't know how to clear the lint screens, so our first load in the dryer took a long time. There was no trash can in the laundry in the Annex, so we had to carry the lint through several rooms to get to a trash can.
Having the subway corridor connect underground all the way from the station to the hotel was a nice bonus. It meant we didn't have to wait for lights or spend too much time in the hot direct sun."
"Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et patience. Un hôtel très propre, beau, avec une magnifique vue sur la skytree tower. Chambre confortable, un espace convenable pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Le restaurant/bar au dernier étage est très chic avec une vue superbe. Le petit déjeuner était complet et très bien. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel."
