“Initially, we were given a cramped single-bed room instead of our reserved Superior Room (two queen beds). When I asked to double-check, they changed our room but didn't even bother to apologize. That staff member was terrible and left me with a bad first impression of Quebec. The location was a bit of a distance to the Old Town, but it was okay, and everything else was pretty fine overall.”

“이 호텔에서 2박을 하였는데, 1박을 하고 여행을 나갈 때 룸 청소를 해달라고 걸어놨는데, 돌아와보니 청소를 안 해 놨더라구요~ 수많은 여행을 다른 나라로 다녀봤지만 이런 경우는 처음이어서 상당히 기분이 나빴어요~ 그래서 2박 후 나올 때 팁도 안 놓고 나왔네요~ 개선이 필요할 듯 합니다~”

“올드퀘벡까지 좀 걷는것만 괜찮다면 정말 좋은 숙소에요. 깨끗하고 좋은 아침식사가 있으며 방도 넓습니다. ”

“This was a really cute stay for my work trip. Everything was clean and well kept, the location is lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms have great amenties for when you don't feel like leaving after a long day of people-ing. My only complaint is that the rooms are not completely soundproof, I could definitely hear my neighbours talking at certain points. That being said, I never heard anything late at night and never had any issues sleeping or dealing with loud people...
