The Burrard

10/10 Excellent

"Awesome location downtown, the room was clean, it has hardwood floors which to us is really good (way cleaner than carpet could ever be) the staff was super friendly, parking was fully reserved that night, but they showed us the closest parking area, which was directly across the street. 2 minute walk. Lots of good dinner & breakfast locations around, I highly suggest Vancouver Brunch & Bonta Italian! Plus there is a coffee shop, Elysian. That has a door to the lobby, which made our morning caffeine stop a breeze. We will definitely come back in the future!"

"The hotel has made some renovations which apparently has caused some problems with water supply. Meant shower stopped working mid shower. The management were apologetic, and took some off the bill ( to give them credit ) but, with a dirty pool and whirlpool not working not what you would expect from a premium priced hotel. Food was good and generous portions but slow to arrive. Happy hour was 3-6pm which was also good."

"We loved our stay at Le Soleil! The hotel had a charm to it. Loved the decor and the vibe of it, from the very first step we took into its lobby! We absolutely enjoyed the refreshing water that was provided every day (in lobby and rooms)! The rooms were so adorable! We loved the floor plan with living area separate from bedroom; it truly felt like we lived in an apartment for few days! The furniture in the room was comfortable, and it was a welcoming sight after a long day of walking and exploring! Would definitely come back to this hotel again. The staff was absolutely wonderful as well!"

"There was nothing wrong at all except nowhere to put clothes. One half hanging rack but two drawers: one had the safe and the other the duna. Bathroom was big but the toilet filled ridiculously high it was to do with the design and not adjustable. Overall it was fine for one night with a nice coffee machine and a good location."
