"We had a great stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is excellent—safe and very central, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great partial view of the harbor. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection, though a bit overpriced. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, and would definitely stay here again."

"The room was barely passable as a space to sleep in, but for the price I was shocked that the bedding was polyester, the air conditioner was ancient, loud and leaking, and the “black out” curtains didn’t really block the light all that well. The morning we checked out it took over 35 minutes to get an elevator that wasn’t full to the brim of other travellers trying to get down to the lobby. We had to wait so long and then ride up to the 30th floor and stop at nearly every floor on the way down while we turned others away, as we were packed in like sardines. It was panic-inducing. At the end of the day, a hotel in this price range should have, at minimum, bedding that isn’t plastic, proper light blocking window treatments and enough elevators to accommodate its many rooms. We won’t be returning."

"We likes to relax in the pool and hot tub, there is also two saunas. The pool was not as warm as I imagined and is on the smaller side but it is good for swim a little and you can get warm in the jacuzzi or the saunas. The room was pretty comfortable, on the bigfer side since it had a sala and kitchenette. In general we are very satisfied with our stay and would definitely return."

The Parker Hotel and Rooftop

"Room was nice. I stayed four nights. I did not make use of the rooftop restaurant or the breakfast restaurant. Instead, I went elsewhere for food because I like to walk and explore. Coffee shops nearby. Location is excellent for catching the ferry across False Creek to Granville Island. The bathroom was nice. Spatious closet though no light near it. Bed was comfortable. High windows. Staff was helpful and responsive. Cleaning person knocked at 8AM one morning, which I thought was a bit early to do so. Easy (and safe) walk of about 1/2 mile to Vancouver Museum of Art. All in all, a pleasant place to stay."
