"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"Great location and the rooftop bar is great. Rooms are fine sized, not huge not small - fine for what we needed. I'd say the biggest negative was just the quality of the service - check in staff weren't very helpful, almost like we were imposing on them to stay there and check in. Service on the rooftop was equally poor - felt like they had never worked in hospitality before - again, we had to actually work to order food, get service. It feels like the location let's them really drop the ball on quality. I'd stay somewhere else and maybe book for a reservation at the roof top, but I wouldn't stay again"

"This is a great property at a great price you’re located at sort of the end of where all the shops are on Venice Beach you go to the left and you go to the shop Store muscle Beach go to the right you go towards the pier for the value, it could not have been better. I found it to be clean safe, not noisy at night either good bar right next or almost built into the hotel. Good food right across the way. I definitely would stay here again."
