“The plays was clean. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly, others were short and inconsiderate. We call the office to get the Wi-Fi password one afternoon and the guy in the office said the password once then hung up on my wife before she could make sure of what he said. I had to walk down to the office and get the password from him directly and he gave me a terrible attitude about it. However this was the only problem we had.”

“The property overall was not bad. You get what you pay for. It’s about 15 mins away from the South Beach area. Getting transportation from the area was easy. Communication is mostly through email which isn’t a big problem unless you need a response fairly quick. They said housekeeping was around 9am-5pm but when I asked for the room to be cleaned or for clean towels I was told they are only there for emergencies. There is also a nice pool area but the pool was closed so don’t get excited about...

“It was amazing staying here! Friendly staff and great amenities. Rooftop pool, lounge area, and gym was clean and comfortable. Our room felt like a full apartment equipped with full kitchen (includes pots and pans, utensils, cups, bowls, plates, spatula, can opener), laundry (ask for detergent at the front desk), living room, and bedroom. Everything was clean. This place was very close to Wynwood Walls and numerous wonderful restaurants with delicious food. About 20 mins walk to the Design...
