โThe valet and front desk staff were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful, really created a welcoming environment. The overnight parking is a little pricey, but they took good care of our car and offered a speedy retrieval when needed. Parking in the area is limited, and while there is some street parking, wasnโt sure it was secure enough for an overnight. The hotel amenities were wonderful. The indoor pool and hot tub were great, along with a really nice gym. All facilities were really...
โWhen we pulled in the sign said โHotel Indigoโ. This was disconcerting since I had made reservations at a Holiday Inn Express. I also stayed at the same property in April when it was a Holiday Inn Express. Itโs still an IHG property..
We appreciate the history of this hotel and itโs nice that the renovations celebrate this.. itโs on the National Register of Historic Places as the first motel on Route 66 in St Louis. โ
โStayed here for a week to explore the city, great location that has lots of dining and shopping nearby. The lot is too small for the property, though, and we got boxed in a couple times by guests and staff double parked. Continental breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. โ
โWe always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We like that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. The breakfast is healthy with fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on one of our trips recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me! A special thank you to Roxie!โ
โThe check in was super easy, there was a lady being trained, and they were both so nice! It was super fast, in the selection for the continental breakfast was good!! The area felt good.I would definitely stay here again!! Hotel stuff was super friendly :)โ
