The Executive Oceanfront Room had a deep scratch across the wooden living room floor, and when I reported it, the front desk would not move us to a better room. That was already disappointing, but the checkout experience made it worse.
I politely asked for just 30 extra minutes because my wife was dealing with a stomach issue and needed time for a personal matter. The clerk refused and responded very dismissively.
For a property that accepts families and children, a little understanding would go a long way. Instead, the service felt cold and unhelpful, and the stay did not live up to expectations. I held back beautiful photos that could of help the Showboat's Reviews
but due to the problems I encountered They don't disserve it.
