“I paid for all the rates at Hotels.com and stayed here for four days. However, when I confirmed after checking out, I confirmed that the hotel charged again to my deposit credit card. So I called the hotel and hotel said it was a simple deposit, and it would be refunded it later. But this doesn't make sense. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have never actually paid with my credit card for deposit. I stayed at 6 hotels on this trip, but they did just save my credit card...

“Had a two bed, two full bath, full kitchen and combined living room/dining room area. Small front porch area. This was awesome for our family of four. The kids loved having their own room with two double beds so no fighting at bedtime!! Large bathrooms. But they also have multiple pools on the property including a large splash pad and water playground for kids. There is a theater on property and restaurant. Nice place. However, the walls are pretty thin. You can easily hear rowdy neighbors...

“수영장이 많아서 좋아요!”

“This was probably the worst experience I have ever had. The first room we got had a really bad odor and the shower did not work. Instead of immediately addressing the issue they pushed it off and later that night tried fixing with no results. Then after changing my room the air was on all night and could not turn down it was 61 the entire time just froze through the night. Worst travel experience I have ever had. They are not as well maintained as the demos they show on the tour.”

“굉장히 깨끗했고 아이들이 자쿠지서 물놀이 하는 것을 좋아했어요. 공용 수용장 어린이 풀에서도 잘 놀았구요. 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.”
