"Pros: It’s a decent location for the price. A touch too far from even a bus stop but manageable if you have the funds for a Lyft. Vegas has awful public transport infrastructure, so it’s not really the hotel’s fault. The staff were very helpful and personable. Room was clean. You have to ask for someone to clean your room, which I don’t mind. The Thai place next door is really really good. Dress decent though. The included breakfasts are pretty solid. Get the waffle. Cons: Water pressure was absolute dribbles. I had the shades drawn the entire time because the pink hue from the windows was too much. Bit claustrophobic but I wasn’t hanging out in the room too much. There was a gun show happening in the lobby. Not my thing, but it made navigating the space annoying. Especially being welcomed by Charlie Kirk tshirts before breakfast. Lastly, they used artificial generation for their karaoke posters. Small thing in the scope, but it shows how much they’re willing to cut corners to save tiny buck. Also it looked bad."

"We would like to share a few issues we experienced during our stay. First, the blankets and bed sheets have an unpleasant smell, likely due to being old and possibly washed with low-quality detergent. Unfortunately, you can still notice the lingering scent of previous guests, which feels quite uncomfortable. Secondly, every morning around 6:00 AM, there is extremely loud music and drum noise coming from outside. The windows literally shake from the vibration. We reported this issue, but it felt as though nobody genuinely tried to understand or properly investigate the situation. We woke up every morning because of the noise and were unable to fall back asleep afterward. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent — complimentary, fast, and very professional. We sincerely thank the valet team for their kindness and efficiency. Another issue is that the shower water is usually only lukewarm and rarely properly hot. Lastly, because the building is quite old, there is a noticeable sewage smell coming from the toilets into the room. If you accidentally leave the bathroom door open while sleeping, you may wake up to a strong sewer odor in the room."
