OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Clean room and staff was very friendly. NO laundry on site as advertised. On site restaurant was ok, just make reservations! They were completely EMPTY on several days and would tell you they had no room due to reservations, and not a single seat was occupied. Made no sense and they lost customers ...
