"The hot tub was closed at 10pm on a Friday which was unfortunate."

"I booked the junior suite with the large balcony on the second floor & the property staff put me in a much smaller room on the third floor. When they were told of their mistake, they told me to contact Expedia for any issues, concerns, or refunds. When i asked for a receipt that reflected the room in which i had to stay, they told me the receipt will look like the one i received from my booking, even though i never stayed in that room. Their towels & washrags were heavily stained. When house keeping was told, they brought new towels that were still stained. The mirror in the bathroom was broken & swinging loose. Now the property staff are trying to give me the run around on my receipt, telling me they have to make a receipt & that I’ll get it via email within 24hrs. I told them i need that reflected in writing because i have no guarantee that that email will be sent. They told me once again they need to contact their manager. "

"Pros: The common areas, location, and staff were truly lovely. I appreciated the room size and overall space. The shampoo/conditioner/bodywash scents were lovely and the shower water pressure was amazing. Cons: The cord to raise or lower the curtain was missing, so the curtain was down and we couldn’t let natural light into our room. Water leaked from the base of the toilet when it was flushing."

"The bathroom had hair in the drain on the first day, the breakfast I bought from Hoteis.com they claimed that it only covered adults and not my 2 children, total nonsense. Normal hotel, nothing spectacular. Positive point the location."

"We had two newly remodeled rooms - fresh, clean and spacious. Other rooms in the property are in various sizes staging of remodeling, which restricted guest use of elevators to just one. Other elevators were being used for construction crews 7 days a week. Results were interminable delay of guest elevator! Unacceptable!"
