"Rooms were clean front desk staff was mixed we had a nice person and one that was extremely short. She failed to explain amenities and fees which she went over with every other customer not sure if it was because I was younger or a female but I was annoyed that I did not receive the same level of service as the white male patrons. The breakfast is a complete rip off what should be free Continental breakfast cost $80 for 2. A tip was requested prior to entering no one sat us or even brought us drinks. A mandatory $35 per day was charged to my card. Overall it's location is convenient and the rooms are clean. Bell hops were polite and helpful"

"I love the location less than a mile away from Time Square and New York attractions. Convenient transportation as Grand Central Station is literally right there. Rooms spacious, staff friendly and approachable. Credit given per day as an amenity. I had hot wings and they were fresh and delicious."

"Our experience at the Millenium Hilton New York One Plaza was unacceptable. They charge $100 every time they bring or retrieve your car, without any warning in advance. When we arrived, we dropped off our luggage and immediately came back downstairs, yet they still charged us another $100 to bring the car back, even though it had not even been in their possession for 20 minutes. The parking staff was rude while we were trying to park for check-in. We also requested something as simple as a birthday card for our 14-year-old daughter while staying in the Presidential Suite, and they told us they do not provide that kind of service. Extremely overpriced, lacking basic kindness and hospitality, and the hotel conditions do not justify the prices they charge at all. I do not recommend this hotel."
