“We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely holiday home.It is very clean,comfy and has everything you need for a relaxing break.The views are amazing and was very peaceful.I would definitely recommend a stay here,Ann is a very responsive host.”

“A quirky place to stay but ideal for access to the Ravenglass railway. Park at the hotel and a 2 minute walk to the train.. Pub with good restaurant 1 minute walk away. Great breakfast at the nearby hotel. Tiny village but great views”

“Food was cooked to order and every meal was so good. There was plenty of choice and there was no problem when I asked for salad instead of chips. The plates were full of good tasty food. The bed was so comfortable that we slept through the nights.”

“Room very warm & cosy, lovely underfloor heating in the bathroom. Not really a wardrobe but a small cupboard with hanging space!! Fab food, great breakfast but you can’t have a latte coffee at breakfast!! Also breakfast finishes at 9.45am even at the weekend! Lovely dining room and great bar. Definitely good value and lovely location. Xx”

“Very cosy and homely. Clean and very spacious. Pool, hot tub and sauna were clean. Food was amazing and fresh. Close to 2 town centres. Staff were very helpful and went out of there way Pet friendly hotel. Staff went out there way for my dog buster. Offered him sausages and treats. Buster was made up. Defiantly will be back x Only 2 little mini things was couldn't work out the shower and no instructions about how to work the hot tub. Only that there was someone in the pool telling us how to...
