“We were happy to stay at the hotel for our weekend visit. There was an issue with our room AC leaking badly on checkin but the front desk / maintenance staff responded quickly relocating us to another room. The room felt new and was confortable. “The grounds are beautiful but the entire facility is not maintained at all . Not one aspect of this place has any modern amenities . We can excuse poor WiFi and weather related problems , but from staff to its so called all inclusive package . Assistance or food was non existent . The rooms are seriously antiquated , besides breakfast no other services exist . The communal areas have no fans and it’s serious mosquitos attacking .
