“Clean rooms, coinvent location, attentive staff if they had a waffle maker it'd be heaven for a good rest”

“Disgusting room , building looks nothing like the pictures , they don’t upkeep the property , paid for a smoking room to only be able to smoke cigarettes in a legal cannabis state at that ! The toilet didn’t flush the entire stay and kept running , the telephone was broken entirely and didn’t work. Stains on the towels and the walls. No wash to wash with luckily I always have my own.”

“I called Sheraton the day before my trip to confirm my booking and set up early check in. The representative stated that i could check-in 2 hours early. When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. “We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine.”
