“Breakfast was good. Shower was nice. Plenty of hot water. Nice amount of hooks to hang towels. ”

“I arrived close to midnight my first night, 9:30 on the second. The staff were super welcoming and positive the first, and the gal who helped me and six others (full occupancy) handled herself with poise and charm despite a crowd going through. The parking lot is well lit, rooms are clean, and breakfast was fresh. I purposely stayed here after a good stay last July; they have my trust!”

“Hotel is run down, dangerous at night, I came in late from my event, people outside in parking lot music loud, smoking and drinking. Room next to me, seemed like a long stay tenant, dog barking, loud music and loud talking. Everyone at front desk was sketchy. Will not stay at this location again. The only plus it’s next to outlet.”

“Breakfast was like eating at Mother Hubbard's kitchen, out of yogurt, bagels, but no way to cut them to toast them, coffee was like mud with only fake creamer, tea water was not even hot enough to brew the tea. The hotel is Hilton bottom line hotel, no coffee maker in room or microwave, no outdoor sitting area or pool. Spent another $10 and go to the Holiday Inn Express ”

“So dirty didn’t eat breakfast. Room had so many things wrong from stains on pillow cases and sheets to not having lightbulbs. Pool was FILTHY when you walk in you don’t even smell chlorine so that should tell you right there that it was nasty. You could literally see the dirt and debris floating around in the pool we immediately walked out. ”

“We were only going to be in the Raleigh area for 1 night & chose this hotel because it had very good reviews (especially compared to other hotels @ similar prices in the area). It looked like it was actually built in the last few years, so everything was new & it wasn’t run down like many others I had looked at. The staff (both that we interacted with) were very nice & very helpful. The beds were comfortable. They full kitchen was a bonus. And there was a tv with apps already available making it...

“The staff was very nice. Sandra the front desk employee was super wonderful and made our stay feel welcome. She even made a suggestion for a place to get breakfast for myself, my boyfriend and our friend. The rooms were clean, the view outside our room is beautiful and the suite that I booked was huge. I’m so happy to stay here for the weekend. ”
