"Rooms were clean and spacious. You’re right across the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The property has a pool, billiards, and air hockey. You can rent beach chairs for $5 for the entire day. Definitely staying again when I come back to FL."
"Big pro - rooms include TVs with a Roku, so you're not dependent on flipping through cable channels. Big con - the mattresses were quite bad/used up, at least in the two rooms we stayed in, which made sleep subpar (average sleep score dropped to around 70 over three nights from an at-home average of around 85, most things held constant). We were relocated from our first room to a second room in search of a better mattress (thank you to the staff for being accommodating), but both rooms were in need of updated mattresses."
"First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago.
Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service.
The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast, the best service was provided in the cafeteria by Mr. Raul Sanchez, who was exceptionally kind and professional. It is unfortunate that individuals like him are not in leadership positions within the hotel.
The hotel does not have a restaurant and only offers breakfast in the morning. There are no options available even to purchase basic items such as bottled water.
The rooms are in unacceptable condition—unclean and poorly maintained. For example, the hairdryer was visibly dirty, with accumulated hair residue, which is completely unacceptable given the way the hotel is advertised on Expedia.
Furthermore, the two blonde front desk staff members demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment received and would not recommend this hotel.

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."
