โGreat location for a quick trip. Hotel is good location by the sea about 10 mins walk from train station. Nice little room at the top of the house which was greatly decorated and good view over the square out to sea. Can imagine the room gets hot on a nice day. Breakfast was nice.
Was four floor walk up the stairs or a very slow lift. But expected in a period property.โ
โGreat location, clean smart room overlooking the beach. Parking in Brighton is expensive. We put the car in the car park next to the hotel for two nights at a cost of ยฃ60!โ
โIt was a cozy and impeccably appointed hotel room. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with smiles. I chose this hotel after checking the ratings on Hotels.com and Google, and there was a good reason for the high rating.โ
โThe room which I choose, given the option and price was absolutely perfect. The only thing I had an issue with was that in the shower cubicle there was body wash but no shampoo or conditioner.
Would whole-heartedly stay here again.โ

โWhat a lovely place to stay! Located in a lovely area with views of the sea this place is great to stay for a little weekend in Brighton. Check in was really easy and the room was perfect! Breakfast included was a huge bonus. Staff are really helpful and friendly especially the young lady on reception, Can't remember her name but she was a star a real highlight to the place. Will definitely be staying here again!โ
โHistoric inn, great food- especially the breakfast (homemade sausages, homemade bacon etc) which is the best fried breakfast i have ever eaten and iโm almost 60, lovely room, great shower and coffee facilities (with homemade cookies)โ
โLovely hotel. Restaurant was buzzing when we arrived. We were shown to our room which was clean tidy and decorated stylishly. There is a fridge in the room. Bed was comfy and bathroom was large with a lovely big shower
Just a few minutes from the seafront. โ
