“We had a completely HORRIBLE stay here and to top it off the desk staff wouldn't do a thing about it. Pushed me off to the "manager" that never seemed to be on property. Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here.”

I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above.
