“The area is in the heart of the bronx! Everyone stays to their own. The property was perfect for what your going for..travel and fun. The staff is great and friendly..do not underestimate the deli to the right when you step out of the lobby. Polite and great food, quick and efficient. If your boujee you're in the wrong town...this area is open..new age...and home grown. Simple. Yet complex in their own way. I would stay agin if in the area! Great for a Yankee game!”

“At first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.”
“The hotel, amenities, and staff were great. Also, close to public transportation. The street getting to the hotel is really "special", but it is New York (Bronx); not the hotel's fault. Regardless, there are some good food choices in the area. They also have private security personnel on duty in the evenings. I could stay there again.”

“This is an iconic hotel in nyc so I had high expectations. The hotel was nice in general, but it took an hour to change my room (bellman didn't show up for an hour) and front desk hung up on my phone call ( I heard they were very busy due to many check-ins ). I don't expect this kind of service for the five star hotel with exceptionally high rate.”

"이 호텔은 3-4년 전에는 몇번 이용하던 호텔입니다.
Fort Lee에서는 Hilton보다 방의 깨끗함이나 서비스가 괜찮아서 이곳으로 가곤 하였습니다. 그러나 owner가 몇년내에 바꼈는지 호텔에 생기가 없고 손님도 아주 적으며 방의 카펫은 지난 3-4년 동안 change는 커녕 steam청소도 안한것 같았습니다. 하도 더러워 수건을 깔고 그 위를 밟았습니다. 다음 변화가 있기 전까지는 좀 멀리하는것이 좋겠습니다."
